Admission Policy & Terms
Professional student guidelines for registration, fees, examinations, conduct, and board documentation.
Admission Policy and Important Guidance
Before joining LMS, every student should read the institute rules carefully. These terms explain fee responsibility, exam policy, conduct expectations, documents, and future policy updates in a clear professional format.
1. Admission and Student Conduct
Every student must provide correct information and maintain honesty throughout the admission and study process.
The institute may suspend or cancel admission in case of unethical, illegal, or misleading activity.
2. Fee and Payment Policy
Fees must be paid on time according to the institute schedule.
If a student delays fee payment and admission, exam, or class activity is affected, the institute will not be responsible.
Any extra official charge will be communicated clearly before collection.
3. Exams, Results, and Board Rules
Exam marks, pass or fail status, fines, and board penalties are controlled by board rules, not by the institute.
Students must follow exam hall rules, including restrictions on cheating, mobile usage, and misconduct.
Strictness or relaxation during exams depends on official exam staff and policy.
4. Documents, DMC, and Diploma
Diploma, DMC, and board documents may be delayed or withheld by the board, and such delays are outside institute control.
The institute is responsible for processing records and forwarding admission-related material to the relevant board or authority.
5. Policy Updates
Board or institute policy, schedule, or fee structure may change when officially required.
Students must review and accept all terms before registration or enrollment.
